Because the complete sessions take time to see visible and satisfactory results, and the results may vary from person to person, you should take time, keep using the InStyle-Egg® Laser Cap for the entire 180 days. If you have not achieved adequate results after 180 days from the day that you have received the product, you may return the InStyle-Egg® Laser Cap for a complete refund with an 18% service fee and shipping cost.
How to return
- You will receive your order number after placing an order on our website. Please provide your e-mail and order number for us to confirm that you’ve tried the product for 180 days.
- You will need to complete the Product Registration form within the first 45 days after you’ve made your purchase of the InStyle-Egg® Laser Cap.
- When we receive your return request, we’ll provide you with the instructions on how to return your InStyle-Egg® Laser Cap, please follow the instructions.
- We only accept return requests after the first 179 days after you’ve made your order and received the InStyle-Egg® Laser Cap product. Note that you need to send the request within a month (180 to 210 days).
- 6-month-money-back guarantee is only valid for those who have completed the Product Registration form.
- Money-back guarantee DOES NOT cover shipping cost and 18% service fee and will be deducted directly from your final refund.
- Damaged device by human factor will not be qualified for the Money-back guarantee.
The first 1-179 days after you’ve ordered
- We don’t accept returns within the 1 day to 179 days (within 6 months) from the day that you’ve made your purchase of the InStyle-Egg® Laser Cap: no exceptions.
- You must try the laser device for the FULL six months (180 days) to be eligible for the 6-month-money-back guarantee policy. We are committed to provide life changing products. However, we cannot offer a money-back return for customers who do not use the laser cap for the full 6 months. You should see results after the full 180 days: 6 months.
- You must send the return request between the 180-210 days to be eligible for the return policy and make sure you have already registered your product within the first 45 days after you’ve made your purchase. If you have returned a product under this policy, you are not eligible for other return policies. Moreover, customers are responsible for the shipping fees. Any disputes will result in a ban for the money-back guarantee. Your 180-days should start on the day you receive your laser cap.
- All InStyle-Egg® devices purchased through InStyle-Egg® will include a 2-year factory warranty in case if the product has any defects.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Orders are processed through 2-3 business days after the order is made. We’ll arrange the shipment as soon as possible. We will provide tracking numbers via e-mail after shipment.
- Packages that are refused or returned to the sender will be charged with a $58 shipping fee, and will be deducted from your refund.
- If the customer refuses delivery, InStyle-Egg® reserves the right to deduct the return shipping fees, and/or customs and duty charge, as well as a 20% restocking fee from the refund.
International Orders – Customs/Duty Charges and Shipping Notice
- Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country. Please note that these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from InStyle-Egg®.
- When placing an order for delivery outside the USA, please be aware that the international shipping charge that appears in your order summary DOES NOT include local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty that is assessed in your country. Such Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty will be collected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
- By placing an order for delivery outside the USA, you agree to all the terms, and to pay all local taxes, VAT and/or Duty at the time of delivery.
- If the package is refused by the customer, InStyle-Egg® holds the right to deduct from any refund that results from all returned shipping fees and applicable Taxes, Customs and Duties.
- Please be aware that your purchase is charged in United States Dollar, and your credit card company may charge you a small fee for converting currency.
- International orders: shipping via UPS or Fedex DO NOT have a delivery time frame due to customs. Customers are responsible for any custom fees or duty taxes. Again, we cannot guarantee a delivery time frame for international orders due to customs.
